I am looking for an apartment to rent in Tel Aviv and I made this website to get the word out. Renting a Tel Aviv apartment to me is a very wise decision! I will bring stability wherever I go. I prefer a long term lease, and I’ve been in my current apartment for four years. I have a good relationship with my current landlord (actually the relationship is with the landlord’s attorney, since the actual landlord lives in Switzerland). I can and do consistently make small improvements to the apartment by myself, and I have also done some medium-sized improvements at my own expense, such as purchasing and installing a ceiling fan. I don’t drink or smoke. In short, I am your dream tenant. By the way, my offer of a substantial finder’s fee also applies to you. Here’s what I want in an apartment.
